Manufacturing your product demands the very best technical standard. Good, constant quality of the plastic parts depends crucially on a stable process, material-specific thermoplastic processing, modern machine technology and appropriate peripheral units.
Our modern machinery outfit with 25 injection moulding machines on production facilities of around 1,400 m² together with good planning and coordination let us react quickly, flexibly and therefore punctually to your requests.
We process nearly all thermoplastic materials, such as
- PC, ABS, PS, POM, PA 6, PA 6.6, PA 12, PE and PP,
together with blends, filled plastics and special plastics such as
- PEI, PEEK, PPS and PET.
We can produce injection weights between 1 and 690 g.

As well as manufacturing plastic injection moulding parts, we also offer additional services:
- Part and pre-assembly, turning individual parts into components and fully assembled products

- Screen and pad printing
- Surface finishing (chrome/PVD plating, varnishing), application of PUR foam seals, laser marking and mechanical finishing in combination with qualified, reliable suppliers
